FitnessAtYours · Experimental preview
Personal training considered around your space and goals.
FitnessAtYours is exploring in-home and building-gym personal training for Toronto and the GTA, with matching based on goals, experience, location, and preferred coaching style.

The concept
What we are building toward.
The concept could support people who value individual instruction without adding another commute. Provider credentials, equipment, accessibility, health considerations, and a realistic training scope would need to be clear before a match.
AtYours is being designed to turn a detailed request into a clearer, higher-intent opportunity for a suitable provider. The platform is still experimental, and no match, timing, price, or availability is promised.
Possible scope
Ideas being considered for FitnessAtYours.
This directory is here to explain the concept and learn what people need. The options below are not currently bookable and may change before launch.
Strength training
Progressive resistance training built around your equipment and goals — build muscle, strength, and confidence, one structured session at a time.
Mobility & stretching
Improve range of motion, ease stiffness, and move better day to day. A slower pace, real technique, and a plan you can keep up between sessions.
Weight-loss coaching
A structured combination of training and habit coaching, built around a pace you can sustain — no crash plans, no shortcuts.
Pre/postnatal fitness
Safe, trainer-guided programming for before and after pregnancy, adapted to each stage and cleared by your care provider.
Senior-friendly training
Balance, strength, and mobility work paced for older adults — building independence and confidence, safely, at home.
Sport-specific conditioning
Targeted conditioning for your sport — speed, power, endurance — built around the season you're training for.
Planning the match
Would customers need a home gym?
Not necessarily. A future match could account for bodyweight training, portable equipment, equipment already in the home, or a condominium gym. The right setup would depend on the customer’s goals and the trainer’s program.
