AtYours is a public beta project that helps connect people seeking at-home services with providers. These terms describe the website, free enquiries and introductions, and prospective provider applications. The website does not process bookings or payments. In these terms, “AtYours,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of this project.
Free enquiries and introductions
You can contact AtYours to ask about a service or request an introduction to a provider. There is no charge to send an enquiry or receive an introduction. If you ask us to connect you, we may share the contact and request details needed for that introduction with a prospective provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. An enquiry or introduction does not guarantee that a provider is available, will respond, or will accept your request.
Services arranged with providers
Providers decide whether to offer their services. You and a provider are responsible for agreeing directly on the work, price, timing, payment, cancellation, and any other service terms before work begins. AtYours does not perform the provider's work or take payment for it through this website. An introduction alone is not a confirmed booking or a service contract with AtYours. Check that a provider is suitable for your request, including any qualifications, licences, or insurance relevant to the work.
Provider applications
A provider application is an expression of interest in possible participation. Submission is not approval, does not guarantee introductions or work, and by itself creates no employment or contractor relationship with AtYours.
Using AtYours through ChatGPT or Claude
The AtYours app for ChatGPT and Claude only helps you draft a WhatsApp message to AtYours or a provider application. Using it does not book a service, set or confirm a price, or guarantee that a provider is available, will respond, or will accept your request. You choose whether to send the drafted WhatsApp message. Providers are independent and are not AtYours employees. A provider application started in ChatGPT or Claude is reviewed by AtYours before any approval, as described under Provider applications. These terms, including the sections below on information provided as is and limitation of liability, apply to your use of the app. ChatGPT and Claude are separate services provided by OpenAI and Anthropic under their own terms.
Earlier waitlist entries
If you previously joined the customer waitlist, your consent to receive launch and service-availability updates remains subject to our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Public beta and website information
Service descriptions, areas served, provider participation, and response times may change as the beta develops. The website does not promise that any particular service or provider is available. We may change, pause, or end parts of the beta. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own terms and possible data charges.
Website and introductions provided as is
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and our free enquiry and introduction process are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, that website information will always be accurate or complete, or that an enquiry or introduction will result in a response, booking, or particular outcome. An introduction is not a guarantee of a provider's suitability or work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or our free enquiry and introduction process. This does not exclude liability for our own negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct, or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
