One small file.
The Personal Agent Protocol is a new open standard. It tells AI assistants how to find and work with businesses. A business takes part with one short file on its website:
yourbusiness.com/.well-known/poppy.json
The file describes your business in a way that assistants can read. Open and Found checks this file against the standard. If you have no website, your Open and Found page follows the same standard.

AtYours and Open and Found
How the two fit together.
AtYours introduces you to customers in Toronto and the GTA on WhatsApp. Open and Found helps AI assistants understand your own business, so customers can also find you directly. The same team makes both.
Open and Found is optional. We do not send your AtYours application details to it. If you use Open and Found, you give your details to it yourself, under its privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Questions
Is Open and Found free?
Yes. The website check and the booking page are free.
Do I need a website?
No. If you have no website, you can claim a free booking page name with Open and Found. You confirm the name with a sign-in link that Open and Found sends to your email.
Does Open and Found take bookings or payments?
Not today. Your Open and Found page describes your business so that customers, Google and AI assistants can understand it. You agree prices and bookings directly with your customers.
Is anything published without my OK?
No. Nothing about your business goes live until you say so, and you can delete everything at any time.
Does this change my AtYours application?
No. Open and Found is optional. Using it, or not using it, has no effect on how we review your AtYours application.
