Booking & how it works
How do I book a FitnessAtYours session?
Booking is by message — call, text, or WhatsApp us with your goals, preferred schedule, and location. We'll confirm your trainer and all the details. No app, no online form, no waiting in a queue.
We keep it simple on purpose. A real conversation means we can match you with the right trainer for your goals and make sure the session works perfectly.
How much notice do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred time and trainer. For same-day or next-day sessions we'll always try — reach out and we'll let you know what's available.
Popular slots on weekday mornings and evenings fill quickly. If you have a firm schedule in mind, earlier is better.
Can I book recurring sessions?
Yes — most clients book a recurring weekly or twice-weekly schedule with the same trainer, which is how real progress happens. Tell us your preferred cadence and we'll set it up.
Consistency is the whole point. We'll help you build a schedule you can actually stick to.
The session itself
What space do I need to set aside?
Not much. Your trainer needs roughly a couple of metres of clear floor space, and can work in a living room, basement, backyard, or your building's gym. Let us know what equipment you already have and we'll bring the rest.
We'll confirm any setup details when you book. Most sessions work in whatever space you'd naturally clear for a workout.
Are your trainers certified?
Yes. Every FitnessAtYours trainer holds a recognized national certification (such as CanFitPro or NSCA) and current CPR/First Aid certification. We verify credentials before anyone joins the team, and every trainer is background-checked and insured for at-home work.
You're inviting a professional into your home — we take that trust seriously. ID is shown on arrival.
What if I'm a complete beginner or have an injury?
Tell us during booking — your trainer will build your first session around your current fitness level and any injuries or limitations, and adjust as you go. Many of our clients are starting from zero.
Programs are built around you, not the other way around. If you have a medical condition, we may ask for clearance from your doctor first.

How much does an at-home personal trainer cost in Toronto?
FitnessAtYours pricing is quoted upfront before you commit — it depends on the program, session frequency, and your location in the GTA. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear price in the first conversation. No surprises on the day.
Most clients find the cost comparable to boutique studio personal training — with no commute, no membership, and no time lost.
Which areas of the GTA do you serve?
FitnessAtYours currently serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Oakville. If you're just outside the GTA, reach out — we'll do our best to make it work.
We're expanding across Ontario. If your area isn't listed, ask — coverage grows regularly.
