Booking & how it works
How do I book a CleanAtYours visit?
Booking is by message — call, text, or WhatsApp us with your preferred date, time, type of clean, and location. We'll confirm your team and all the details. No app, no online form, no rotating list of strangers.
We keep it simple on purpose. A real conversation means we can scope the visit properly and match you with a team suited to your home.
How much notice do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred time. For same-day or next-day visits we'll always try — reach out and we'll let you know what's available.
Popular slots on weekends and month-end (for move-outs) fill quickly. If you have a firm date in mind, earlier is better.
Can I set up a recurring cleaning schedule?
Yes — most CleanAtYours clients book weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring visits. Tell us your preferred frequency and we'll assign a consistent team so you get the same standard, and often the same faces, every time.
Recurring clients also get priority scheduling for one-off requests like deep cleans or event prep.
The visit itself
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — many clients provide entry instructions (a code, a lockbox, or a key with our office) and aren't home during the visit. You're welcome to be there for the first clean if you'd like to walk through priorities in person.

What supplies and products do you use?
Your team arrives with commercial-grade supplies and equipment — vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths, and cleaning solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and general surfaces. If you prefer eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or pet-safe products, or want us to use products you already have at home, just let us know when booking.
We're happy to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences — just tell us in advance.
Is your team background-checked?
Yes. Every CleanAtYours team member is background-checked, trained to our standards, and insured for at-home work. We confirm arrival ahead of time and show ID at the door.
You're handing over keys or access to your home — we take that trust seriously.

How much does a home cleaning service cost in Toronto?
CleanAtYours pricing is quoted upfront before you commit — it depends on the size of your home, the type of clean (standard, deep, move-out), and frequency. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear price in the first conversation. No surprises on the day.
Recurring clients typically see a lower rate per visit than one-off deep cleans or move-out cleans.
Which areas of the GTA do you serve?
CleanAtYours currently serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Oakville. If you're just outside the GTA, reach out — we'll do our best to make it work.
We're expanding across Ontario. If your area isn't listed, ask — coverage grows regularly.
